AUSTRALIA WORKPLACE AGREEMENTS (AWAs) PRICING
Livingstones Australia is one of the top 3 'Specified Partners' with the Office of the Employment Advocate (OEA). The OEA is a Federal Government agency which administrates and oversees the implementation of AWAs in Australian organisations. Our 'Partnership' status means that the OEA has authorised Livingstones to prepare AWAs and perform the No-Disadvantage test which results in pre-approval and therefore quicker lodging.

When developing AWAs for our clients, the project is usually priced in two stages.

Stage One - An indicative project budget is provided on a case by case basis for the development and communication of the AWA

Stage Two - Lodgement, Administration and Processing is performed for $40 plus GST for a total of $44 inclusive per AWA.
